This was filed on 28 October 2020 along with a landscaping study of the Beau-Séjour 22-24 site and a mobility study. The building authorization was granted on 26 January 2022. This study examined flows, parking spaces, heritage protection, mobility solutions and urban and landscape planning.

The first outpatient surgery centre is scheduled to open its doors in Geneva in 2024 thanks to the combined strength of the HUG and Hirslanden Group. The partnership was signed on 9 October 2019 by Bertrand Levrat, CEO of the HUG and Daniel Liedtke, CEO of the Hirslanden Private Hospital Group. Operation of the outpatient surgery centre will be managed by a limited company. The two partners are equal shareholders in the company.
